Mr. Black provides specialized retirement plan support and advisory services for Defined Contribution and Defined Benefits clients. He has been working as a Qualified Plan Consultant since 2005, and has experience working with hundreds of different employers’ plans.
Tony advises plan sponsors in the development and management of their retirement plans to make sure the goals of the organization are in line with the design and operation of the plans. Matt Voecks is a CEFEX-Certified Retirement Plan Advisor of SevenHills Benefit Partners, A Pensionmark Financial Firm based in Bloomington, Minnesota.
Matt has been consulting with qualified retirement plans since 2004 providing a comprehensive customized approach for plan sponsors wanting to take advantage of his experience, knowledge of plan design and investment process. As a Qualified Plan Consultant he has experience working with hundreds of different employer plans across all industries ranging from retail, manufacturing and professional service firms.
Matt’s primary role is to provide custom plan design consultation, investment monitoring and analysis, fiduciary services and education for plan sponsors and participants. Matt is uniquely suited to be an advocate for his clients with his down to earth, personalized approach and willingness to defy the status quo.
Matt is originally from Thief River Falls in northern Minnesota. He went on to study and graduate with a Finance and Economics degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Christopher Schneeman serves as President of SevenHills Benefit Partners, an independent agency with St Paul area roots tracing back over 80 years. SevenHills assists approximately 220 employers purchase and manage a full range of employee benefit programs with advice and support systems, as well as helping thousands of individual policyholders navigate their insurance options.
Qualified retirement plans have an integral part of SevenHills service since 1984. Schneeman has a keen sense of the special care employers need to properly manage the plan and protect participants, and to encourage understanding and participation by eligible employees.
Schneeman holds designations as a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Registered Health Underwriter (RHU). The life and health insurance industries recognize his professional achievements as a Life and Qualifying member in the Million Dollar Round Table, and as a “Golden Eagle” member of the Leading Producers Round Table.
Schneeman is involved in a variety of professional association leadership roles, serving as chair of the "Agents Coalition for Health Care Reform,” which advocates for responsible health insurance reform in Minnesota. He also serves as legislative committee chair of Minnesota Association of Health Underwriters (MAHU).
Schneeman actively advocates for clients by being engaged with the health reform debate. His expertise has been recognized by appointments to Governor Tim Pawlenty’s Health Care Reform Task Force and appointment to Governor Mark Dayton’s workgroup on exchanges and navigators. He serves on the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce Health Policy Committees as well as a subject matter expert for various other organizations.
