Dean and his wife, Gabriella, a speech therapist for children, currently live outside of San Antonio on their horse ranch. They have two daughters Scarlett and Daniella. The family enjoys traveling to many different States and foreign countries. In addition to watching his daughters grow and team roping, he enjoys golf, fishing, and hunting, & coaching.

Joe, born and raised in San Antonio, along with his wife, Vanessa, both enjoy traveling and discovering cultures of different countries. Joe is very family-oriented, spending most of his time with his five siblings and 17 nieces and nephews. Joe is also involved with multiple non-profit organizations and charities in his local community.

Ben lives in San Antonio with his wife, Stephanie, their three young boys and two happy dogs. After a fun and exhilarating career as a professional cellist, Ben turned his attention to helping others think about the future and make smart decisions with their finances. Ben enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, cooking, volunteering on the board of Youth Orchestras of San Antonio, and playing cello for the touring Broadway shows at the Majestic Theater.

Mauricio partners with retirement plan clients with the clear objective to ensure each plan receives individualized care, offering a consultative approach while providing solutions aimed at building and maintaining efficient retirement plans. Part of this care includes delivering education to plan participants with an effort to guide them in understanding the importance and many benefits of preparing for retirement and how this fits into their overall financial wellness. Mauricio strongly believes that empowering individuals through resourceful education will enable them to achieve a dignified retirement.
With 16 years’ experience in the financial services industry, Mauricio initiated his career in Wealth Management and later shifted his focus to specialize in Retirement Planning Services.
Mauricio resides in Austin with his wife, Veronica, and their two boys. He enjoys playing soccer, basketball and cooking and thinks coffee should be included in the food pyramid.
Janelle A. Rivera
Janelle specializes in delivering experienced service to all retirement plan clients. She prides herself in providing individualized attention to all client needs and objectives. Janelle is responsible for managing all relationships for retirement plan and individual wealth management clients as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the San Antonio Pensionmark office.
Janelle joined Pensionmark in May 2010 with over 25 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry. Prior to joining Pensionmark, she spent 15 years working in the Banking Industry.
In her free time Janelle enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children.
Desiree joined the Pensionmark team in March 2016 as an Operations Assistant where she assists in overseeing day-to-day plan operations by answering participant and plan sponsor account inquiries and requests, organizes Plan Due Diligence and Employee Education meetings, and works closely with Relationship Managers to ensure all other operational needs are met. She prides herself in providing individualized attention to all client needs and objectives.
Desiree graduated from The University of Phoenix, San Antonio with a major in Business Fundamentals. In her free time, Desiree enjoys spending time with her daughters.
Raul is an experienced Financial Professional and an active member of the San Antonio community. He is dedicated to helping individuals and families build financial futures. Raul is a graduate of The University of Texas at San Antonio – where he met his college sweetheart and wife of 17 years, Elizabeth. They have one son, Ezekiel. Together they enjoy video gaming, local festivals, live music and spending time with extended family throughout Texas and Mississippi.
Cade Johnson is a native of West-Central Texas and has lived in the Texas hill country for five years. Cade prides himself on being disciplined, hard-working and putting others first - all characteristics he attributes to playing sports throughout his collegiate career. His passion for helping others and appreciation of their hard work has led him to the financial services industry where he hopes to improve the quality of retirement for participants and clients alike. Cade received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas State University. In his spare time, Cade enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking and golf.
