Mero has spent the last twenty years of his career helping companies and individuals formulate retirement plans designed to address their retirement goals. The focus of his services is:
- Design assistance of qualified retirement plans and non-qualified executive benefits programs
- Measuring and monitoring of fiduciary liability
- Investment due diligence
- Client portfolio management
Mero received a BA in Accounting from Washington & Jefferson College and a MBA from Duquesne University. Additionally, he has earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) and has been recognized by Pittsburgh Magazine as a Five Star Wealth Manager*. Mero is currently Vice President of RADA® (Retirement Advisors and Designers of America) and actively involved with ASPPA® (American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries).

Kevin has extensive experience in the retirement plan industry providing advisory services to a wide array of clients including corporate retirement plans, financial institutions, and individuals. Entering the business in 1993, Kevin has developed unique expertise enabling him to help guide his clients through the retirement world.
He is a Managing Director of Pensionmark's Pittsburgh office as well as an owner of American Pension Benefits, a full service TPA firm.
Kevin graduated from Allegheny College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics with a focus on Information Technology. In addition, Kevin earned his Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation from the Wharton School of Business and International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (ISCEBS) in 1999.
He is an active member of many retirement plan focused organizations including Retirement Advisors and Designers of America (RADA), ASPPA, and ISCEBS. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences including RADA, advisor forums, and state bankers associations.

Originally from the Pittsburgh area, Glen has spent his entire professional career of over 20 years working with both individuals and business owners and trustees developing strategies to help address their financial goals.
Glen works with and advises individuals on retirement, investment, and estate planning. By focusing on the individual’s needs, desires and resources, Glen helps clients develop a sound strategy to implement and address their goals. Together with the client’s input, Glen will help implement the strategies to move the client toward their goals and will review the strategies on a regular basis throughout the years.
Glen also works with business owners and corporate trustees in a number of employee benefit areas including qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, participant education, executive benefits, and succession planning. He will work with the clients to implement the strategies in the most cost and time efficient manner.
Prior to working with Pensionmark Retirement Group, Glen gained experience at Axios Advisory Group as well as with American Express Financial Advisors and PNC Private Wealth Management.
Glen received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a focus on Finance from Penn State University in 1989. Glen earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF) professional designation, awarded by the Center for Fiduciary Studies, which is associated with the University of Pittsburgh.
Glen currently lives in Cranberry Township with his wife and three boys (who are transitioning to their respective post high school ventures in the next few years). Glen remains busy outside of the office with volunteer organizations throughout the Cranberry Township
Jill has almost 20 years of experience in the Investment and financial Services industry. Her role is mainly to work with our advisors and their clients with all aspects of their relationship from opening and transferring accounts, to addressing all client requests for outgoing distributions and resolving client needs and questions. She currently maintains the following security registrations: 6,7, 24, 51 and 63.
She is also essential in preparing quarterly investment and fiduciary reports for retirement plan clients as well as individual investors and assures proper correspondence between our office and our clients.
She works with our corporate compliance office to assure the Advisors are adhering to compliance guidelines as well as are properly licensed for the various investments and insurances that are sold to clients of the firm.
When not working, Jill enjoys spending time with her family, especially her first grandchild, Jameson. She is actively involved with her church teaching weekly youth group for three to five year olds. She can often be found out antiquing unless there is a Pittsburgh Steeler or Penguin game going on and you can bet she will be watching the
