Debbie DeWall Matustik is Managing Director of the Pensionmark Austin, Texas location. Debbie offers over 25 years of experience in the retirement industry, with particular expertise in fiduciary services, plan design, merger & acquisition consulting, investment analysis and employee communications. She is a staunch advocate for her clients, and along with her Pensionmark team, provides an exceptionally high level of service to plan sponsors and participants alike.

Debbie holds multiple professional designations including the Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) and Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designations from The American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA). She also obtained the Certified Retirement Administrator (CRA) designation from the International Foundation for Retirement Education (InFRE). Debbie holds the Series 6, 7, 63, and 66 registration certifications, and is also State of Texas Historically Underutilized Business (‘HUB’) certified.
Prior to joining the Pensionmark team, Debbie was Principal of ASSURE Financial Services in Austin, Texas. Before opening her own DBA, Debbie served in the capacity of Senior Vice President and shareholder of The 401(k) Company (since acquired by Charles Schwab) and spent several years building her practice at UBS Financial Services. Debbie graduated Cum Laude from Trinity University in San Antonio with a Business degree, and received her MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.
Debbie has been named to the Financial Times Top 401(k) Retirement Plan Advisors multiple times1 (2015, 2016, 2017)1, as well as the National Association of Plan Advisors’ (NAPA) Top Women Advisors All-Star List2 (2016 and 2017)2.
Debbie is a native of Minnesota and lives in Austin, Texas with her husband, Mike, and their twins, Ashley and Matthew. She serves on the Finance Committee of her church, and actively supports the Capital Area Food Bank and The SAFE Alliance.

Taylor advises plan sponsors in the development and management of their retirement plans to help align the goals of the organization with the design and operation of their plans. He helps employers manage their fiduciary obligations to participants with concentrated focus on efficient plan design, regular plan and investment monitoring and analysis, fiduciary services and education for plan sponsors and their employees. Taylor is well-known as a valuable resource for his clients and employees alike, educating and advising plan participants to help them to achieve a successful retirement on their own terms.
Taylor joined the Pensionmark Austin team in 2014, after three years with AXA Advisors as a Registered Representative. In this capacity, he sold and managed 403(b) retirement plans in the educational sector.
Taylor graduated from Texas Christian University's Neeley School of Business in Fort Worth, Texas with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, and minors in Accounting and Economics. He holds the Series 7, 63 and 65 securities registrations, and is one exam short of obtaining the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (‘QKA’) designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries.
Taylor was nominated in 2016 as one of the National Association of Plan Advisors’ (NAPA) ‘Young Guns’ (the top 50 advisors under 40 who have “demonstrated both a commitment to, and an excellence in, supporting workplace retirement plans and participants.”)
Taylor is a native of Cedar Park, Texas, and is married to Lauren. Taylor is an avid golfer and more avid TCU Horned Frogs football fan.
