Shannon Main began her career in the financial services industry in 1994 and works exclusively with corporate retirement plan sponsors, designing plans to help meet the most critical fiduciary standards in an increasingly stringent regulatory environment. She is co-founder and Principal of Fiduciary Retirement Advisory Group, having built on her extensive experience as Managing Director of Penniall Retirement Advisors, and in working with corporate retirement plan clients at USI Southern California and Morgan Stanley.
Shannon earned a B.S. in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine. She holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER credential and the Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation.
She is currently a member of the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA) and the Envestnet Retirement Solutions Advisory Council, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Western Benefits & Pension Council, Orange County Chapter. Shannon has spoken at national conferences and local industry events on a variety of retirement plan focused topics. She was selected as a delegate to the 2015 and 2016 NAPA DC Fly-In Forum, where the nation’s leading retirement plan advisors brief congressional leaders on the importance and future of workplace retirement plans. She was named among the 2016 Financial Times 401 Top Retirement Plan Advisors, and was designated as a Captain in NAPA’s roster of Top Women Advisors in 2015 and 2016, an award granted to only 50 women nationwide.

With over 30 years in financial services, Kathleen Branconier has focused exclusively on bringing high-level service to retirement plan clients since 2000. As cofounder and Principal of Fiduciary Retirement Advisory Group, she serves private and public companies through a highly developed fiduciary management process to help improve the effectiveness of plan sponsors on behalf of their employees. Kathleen developed and managed the retirement plan division for M Advisory Group, a M Financial firm, for 13 years and then joined Penniall Retirement Advisors in 2012 as Managing Director of Retirement Plans prior to forming Fiduciary Retirement Advisory Group.
She is a consultant and educational speaker to other retirement plan advisors, industry professionals and corporate plan sponsors. In addition to an MBA in Finance from Loyola Marymount University, Kathleen holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary ™ (AIF®)* and the Certified 401(k) Professional (C(k)P ® )** designations.
Kathleen is an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) with independent Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm, Pensionmark Financial Group, LLC, a top retirement plan consulting firm with national presence that is solely dedicated to the retirement plan industry. Kathleen was named among the Top Women Advisors by the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA) for 2015 and 2016. She was also named a Top 401 Retirement Plan Advisor by Financial Times for 2016. Kathleen qualified as a delegate to the 2016 NAPA DC Fly-In Forum to brief top congressional leaders regarding the importance and future on the nation’s workplace retirement plans. She is an active member of the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA) and Western Pension Benefits Association, regularly participating in industry organizations and conferences.

Jonathan graduated from California State University Fullerton, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Finance. He then went on to complete the Retirement Plan Fundamentals course through the ASPPA, which demonstrates proficiency of retirement plan administration, design, and operation.
Jonathan began his career in financial services over six years ago and has worked directly with retirement plan clients, providing benefit plan governance and administrative support, ensuring Plan Sponsor compliance with Department of Labor (DOL) best practices, and Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) mandates.
He holds an Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation, Series 65 registration, and California Life& Health Insurance licenses. When he is not working, Jonathan enjoys spending time with friends and is an avid sports enthusiast. He is an active fantasy football player and a huge Yankee fan.
