May 16, 2019 – Pensionmark affiliates based in Aliso Viejo and Pleasanton, CA have combined to help enhance client support and service between their offices.

Shannon Main and Kathleen Branconier, through Pensionmark, have partnered with industry veteran Michael Rom and his firm, Pension Insight.  The firm’s partners have each served over 20 years in the qualified retirement plan industry, providing fiduciary management and high-level consulting exclusively to plan sponsors of qualified retirement plans.

“In today’s increasingly complex landscape of retirement plans and the fiduciary obligations of plan sponsors, I found it invaluable to be backed by Pensionmark’s deep resources, technology platform and innovative leadership to support my skillset and to help plan sponsors minimize their potential liability and focus more on the participant experience and outcomes,” remarked Michael Rom who recently joined Pensionmark.

In addition, this partnership reflects the growth and attraction of a high touch, consultative service model that fulfills the mission of both teams. “Since joining Pensionmark two years ago, our business growth has been substantial, thus requiring Kathy and me to take a hard look at building out our servicing capabilities,” commented Shannon Main.

Kathy added, “we’re very proud to have established very strong client relationships – some that go back over 20 years – and with adding Jonathan Martinez to our team, and now partnering with Michael, we have all of the pieces to meet our current client needs and really extend the reach of our services”.

“I’ve known Shannon for over 12 years and am excited to finally be working with her and Kathy,” Michael stated.  “They have a stellar reputation in the industry and with Pensionmark’s capabilities and leadership position, will be a great comfort in better serving my clients and the Northern California market.”.
